About Us
The S.E.E.D. Lab (Systematics, Ecology, Evolution & Diversity Laboratory) operates under the Center for Land Resources Management Studies, Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM).
It was founded through a public–private partnership between UGM and PT. Asia Pacific International (PT. API), linking academia, industry, and conservation practice across Asia.
We are a multidisciplinary hub connecting scientists working on ecology, genetics, evolution, and environmental sustainability. Our lab unites researchers, students, and institutions to explore life’s complexity through integrative approaches — combining fieldwork, molecular analysis, and computational modeling.
